The RentingSmart pricing model is tiered according to the number of properties you self-manage. All our software functionalities are available for each tier. Your first 14 days are on us, and we won't request your credit card for the free trial. Once your trial is almost finished, we'll let you know and provide you with an easy sign-up link. If you want to sign up before your 14-day trial is over to get access to our discounted For Sale By Owner option, go for it!
