2023 has been a year of growth, improvement, bright ideas and ground-breaking innovation for us here at RentingSmart.

We’ve been creating a ground-breaking property inspection app

You might have seen and heard a lot of buzz around our brand new property inspection app, Tenant Connect, which allows property managers and landlords to arrange and conduct property inspections remotely or onsite via a single app, and generate a detailed report instantly. It’s bound to be a game changer in the real estate industry and we’d love for you to be part of the journey! Tenant Connect was born from the frustrations experienced by our CEO himself, Tim Morris, and through our conversations with many of you, our RentingSmart users.

Improving the landlord experience

In 2023, we re-hosted the RentingSmart server to a new platform, resulting in increased sophistication in data security, access to more technical capabilities and quicker loading speeds. 

We also celebrated the launch of our new website and updated brand, which meant a renewed focus on our WHY, and a deeper appreciation for our loyal customers!

The RentingSmart referral program

A big milestone in 2023 for us was the introduction of our referral program! So, next time you’re out with friends at a barbeque and they ask you how it’s going with your investment properties, why not mention RentingSmart and suggest they trial it for free for 14 days… and you’ll both get $9.99 off if they end up subscribing. 

This is our way of thanking you for your continued support and encouraging the growth of our RentingSmart family. 

To implement the referral function, log into your RentingSmart dashboard and click “Referral” in the top left corner.

What does 2024 hold?

2024 is the year of the landlord… and the tenant. At RentingSmart, we’re placing an even bigger emphasis on tenant success. We’re working on improving the tenants’ user experience within the RentingSmart system and facilitating even more streamlined communication between landlord and tenant. 

Basically, we’ve taken all your 2023 feedback on board, created a working list and will be rolling out multiple improvements throughout the year.
